My boyfriend and I needed carpeting in three rooms and an awkward space near our kitchen. Their communication and level of service are second to none. Nick was our point of contact and was always there for us. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns very well.

The product itself is just about the highest quality flooring in its class. Nick was very honest about how they will not sell a product they don't stand behind, it'll be great no matter what you select.

The attention to detail from Nick and his crew floored me. The prep work they did on our sub floor, the honesty about needing new base boards and even the detail work around thresholds and our fireplace. It's all top notch. Just contact Nick and he won't let you be disappointed; absolutely fantastic guy and company.
