That way they can make sure their customer service is unmatched. Nick is honest, a good communicator, reliable, reasonable, clean, liscensed and bonded. Contacted On Point over the summer to install flooring in the main part of my home and was so impressed and pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and quality of work that I called to have carpeting installed the bedroom areas. After On Point had installed the flooring, I replaced all the doors and casings so I was extremely worried about them nicking and/or scratching anything while moving the furniture and bringing in the rolls of carpeting. Nick, the owner, express this to his crew and to my delight, Matt and John were the epitome of careful and conscientious to everything! They thoughtfully and carefully moved a couple antique pieces with care and there is not one scratch on any door or casing. The carpets have been installed and look beautiful and they took great care when they cleaned up. Other than the new carpeting, you would never know that they have been to my house. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone! read less

Super knowledgeable and just had an overall great experience. Ended up reflooring our entire house with Nick. Carpet upstairs, laminate downstairs. Especially impressed with the carpet install on the stairs. The previous carpet was done poorly and not wrapped around each step. Nicks team did it the right way which was time intensive but it looks great. Best of all Nick shows up on time and keeps his appointments. read less
