I wish all service people were like the guys from On Point Flooring! The guys from On Point Flooring were in my house for two weeks redoing both floors of my ENTIRE house (2800 sq. ft)! I can honestly say they were a PLEASURE to have in my home. They are polite, respectful, extremely gracious, and personable. They laid all new hardwood flooring, put in all new baseboards, and repaired some door casings. Their work is IMPECCABLE!! I shopped around...and did my homework as this was a big decision for us. On Point Flooring is by far the best at their trade, the best value for your money, has the best customer service hands down, and are absolutely the most honest. Do yourself a favor if you are considering new flooring of ANY kind...don’t bother with the local company that floods the radio and TV with cute commercials...go straight to On Point Flooring. They just replaced my 1980s carpet with SPC slats and it looks like a completely different house. Nick and Brian came to my house and put samples of slats all over the place and even let us keep one for a week so that we could match it with paint colors. The installers went above and beyond - they were friendly, professional and very respectful of my home while we were not there. They moved our furniture around so that we didn't have to move it in and out on a daily basis (the full install took 4 1/2 days) and even re-hung the jackets in my closet! None of my furniture was damaged in any way due to them being so careful and conscientious. They arrived at 8 am every day during the week and worked all day long to finish on schedule. I can't recommend these guys enough. Remodeling a home is a very stressful experience and these guys made it easy for us.read less

After the RC company decided not to return my text, call or email about our scheduling a firm day and time; I gave up and luckily found On Point. Nick took returned my call promptly. He asked me to shoot him a picture, which I did. He had a price back to me within an hour. He emailed me a bid that evening as he was busy providing other bids. He communicated well.Nick indicated that they were swamped, but he could possibly squeeze me in should a job finish early. They completed a job early and arrived as agreed. Ethan arrived with all his gear and tools. Ethan was polite, diligent and clean. This was on a Saturday, so I appreciate the dedication to getting my job done so quickly.Ethan had a vacuum for all cutting, swept with a soft broom and vacummed again. Totally a clean and neat job and the flooring and baseboard looks like new. You can't tell there was a repair!Thanks Nick and Ethan!I'm a R.E. Broker and appreciate trades that do what they say. If you want a good flooring company, these guys are a "go to" firm. The company that wouldn't even tell me they didn't want the work, ignored my call, text and email; well I believe in Karma...Don't tentatively set an appt for a certain week, 3 weeks in advance if you don't want the work (that's for the firm in Rancho Cordova-Flake).read less
